POUND

Monday 9:00-9:45am
Thursday 8:00-8:30pm

POUND® is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements.

Ballet Bod 

Tuesday 8:15-9:00pm

A low impact, ballet inspired workout that effortlessly fuses ballet, aerobics, and yoga.

Floor Barre & Stretch

Monday & Wednesday 6:00-6:30am

This workout is designed to stretch, relieve, and restore sore muscles. The mindful routine incorporates dynamic stretching, static stretching, and some signature exercises to give you a rejuvenating workout.

Barre Stretch is an appropriate workout for students of all ages and fitness levels. It is LOW to NO IMPACT, predominately seated movements, and is performed at a slow, steady pace. Barre Stretch has been shown to improve flexibility, balance, and overall wellness. 

 

For this class you do not need any fitness equipment except a mat for body cushioning.

Zumba

The Zumba® program is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating, and effective fitness program. A Zumba® class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

STRONG Nation

Wednesday 6:00-6:30am

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG Nation™ instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

Zumba® Kids and Zumba® Kids Jr. classes are designed exclusively for kids to combine movement, music and community in a class for children. These two classes are rockin’, high-energy dance parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Zumba® Kids and Zumba® Kids Jr. inspire kids to express themselves through movement and play while effectively improving their overall health and well-being. Kids love it because it’s on the cutting edge and fun, and parents love it because it’s active, fun, and for the effects it has on kids – increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism, and enhancing coordination.
